谨此通知，自2025年5月6日起，马来西亚投资、贸易及工业部（MITI）将全权负责为出口至美国的货品签发非优惠原产地证书（Non-Preferential Certificate of Origin, 简称 NPCO 或 COO）。有关证书将根据申请者的需求发出。

The Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI) is pleased to announce that, effective from 6 May 2025, MITI will be responsible for issuing NPCOs to the United States (US), at the request of the applicant.
